Highly recommended; competitively priced, exceptional customer service and fantastic quality product
We approach Mojo Promotions at the start of December knowing that we had a big ask - over 100 Chilli II bottles with bespoke design and delivery prior to Christmas. We did our research and had engaged with other suppliers.
Their customer service was exceptional in every sense, with special mention to Laura A who was incredible in terms of engagement and support. Between Laura and the design team, we did multiple iterations and variations within a few days; we were blown away (and incredibly thankful) that Mojo Productions were able to meet our order in just over two weeks, concluding week before Christmas.
Having issued the bottles out to our racers and other key stakeholders, they have gone down hugely well. People have been really impressed with the quality of the bottle and the engraving.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend enough.

We recently contacted Tom to ask for some bespoke merchandise to be created to advertise our employee resource group. Tom provided us with excellent customer service, making suggestions on products and design options to ensure that our order was perfect for what we wanted to achieve. We were in a bit of a hurry, Tom expedited our order to ensure it was received in time keeping us updated throughout. We had so many compliments on the day of our event on how professional our stall looked with our tablecloth, banner and all the merchandise on display. Excellent service and delivery
I landed an order on Mojo (Zak) with a very limited timeline. I then changed my mind numerous times and this made the timeline even shorter, but Mojo (Zak and Mirren) worked with me to ensure that my notebooks were delivered, not only on time, but SIX days ahead of schedule. I cannot thank everyone at Mojo for ensuring I had my notebooks for our annual lecture. Thank you.

Excellent customer support and high quality product
The whole process of using Mojo Promotions has been a breeze from start to finish. Highly communicative, nothing was too much trouble and a great quality product. Even when there were some delivery issues with the couriers (completely out of Mojo Promotions control), Sally was nothing short of legendary chasing them and ensuring that our order arrived in time for our event.
