Over the past six years, taking us through a couple of company rebrands, MoJo has provided us with a whole array of branded materials from lanyards and pens to notepads and mugs and even the more obscure flashing bouncy balls! During my interactions with Mojo, from the first to the last conversation, I've been blown away. Tom has been incredible, he's been so accommodating, flexible and brought a smile and a laugh to every interaction we've had. The product is top notch and the price was fantastic. From beginning to end the whole process was simple and easy to understand. It was nice to have a dedicated person to deal with my order rather than lots of different people, it's good to have continuity. The products were competitively priced, my requirements were considered and some helpful suggestions made. The order was delivered very quickly and I was pleased with it. We had a name change in the middle of the pandemic and needed to order some new merchandise before we re-opened our office. Mojo were incredibly helpful, sorting out delivering items to individual households rather than having them sitting at our office in bulk for months waiting to be loved.
The process was efficient and quick and we had quite a tight deadline which was no match for the team at Mojo. The quality is excellent and the customer care is outstanding, they really went above and beyond to help us with our transition.
